ZNRG provides development support for affordable housing projects in Maryland, contributing to permitting strategy, financial structuring, and project coordination to help expand access to quality affordable homes.
S&T Kentlands — Affordable Housing
913 & 917 Quince Orchard Road, Kentlands, Gaithersburg, MD
ZNRG is providing development support for 45 affordable housing units within a larger 302 unit, 5 story multifamily development in the Kentlands neighborhood of Gaithersburg. The overall project was approved by the Gaithersburg Planning Commission in February 2026.
ZNRG’s focus is on the affordable housing component, contributing to permitting strategy, financial structuring, and project development coordination to help ensure these units are delivered as part of the broader development.
